OEM: your design, our production.
You hold the approved design and the approved prototype. What you need now is volume that holds that standard.
Clients who have already completed development (concept, 3D modelling, printing and prototype painting) and are ready to produce the edition.
In practice this is most of the people who contact us, and it is where we are strongest.

- Tooling & mould making
- Production tooling cut from your approved data.
- Casting & moulding
- Polystone or polyresin, to controlled thickness and weight.
- Batch painting
- Against a master colour standard and your approved piece.
- Assembly & numbering
- Seams finished, edition numbers issued and reconciled.
- Packaging
- Retail-ready or direct-to-collector, to your specification.
- QC
- Every batch checked against the approved prototype.
Being clear about this saves everyone time.
- 01We do not hold or negotiate character rights
Licensing stays with you. We do not acquire, sublicense or take a position in the rights behind the piece you bring us.
- 02We do not sell to end customers
Your edition is yours. We do not list it, resell it or distribute it, and we do not compete with the clients we produce for.
- 03We do not publish your project
Not while it is in production, and not after launch without your approval. Photography is not permitted inside our production areas.
To scope it properly.
Pricing and lead time are assessed per project. They depend on the piece, the quantity and the finish involved, so we would rather look at the actual project than quote a number that turns out to be wrong.
- Approved prototype
- Or the approved 3D data behind it.
- Target quantity
- Drives the tooling plan and the batch schedule.
- Packaging requirement
- Retail shelf, direct-to-collector, or both.
- Edition format
- Numbered or open, and to what quantity.
- Launch window
- The date you are working towards.
Send us the prototype.
We will come back with what the run requires: tooling plan, finish risk, and what we need from your side.
