Development Services: the missing pieces.
Most clients arrive with a finished design and an approved prototype. Some arrive earlier.
If you are short on modelling capacity, working to a launch date, or simply do not have the in-house skills for one stage of the process, our team can take it on. Quoted per project, based on the scope and the schedule.
You can hand over one stage or all of them. Plenty of clients keep the concept work in-house and give us the modelling, or the reverse.

- 2D concept & artwork
- Front, side and back views, colour calls, expression and pose variations.
- 3D modelling
- Sculpting the character digitally, ready for print.
- 3D printing
- Physical masters from the approved model.
- Prototype painting
- The first fully hand-finished piece.
Our modellers are ours.
The people doing this work are our in-house team, not a freelance bench we call when a project lands. That matters for two reasons: the files stay in one production chain with no third party in between, and the person modelling your piece already knows how it will be moulded, cast and painted, because that is what the rest of our facility does.
It is also why the same team can review your existing data before production and flag problems early.
When it is worth it.
- 01No 3D capability
You have the concept and the audience, but nobody to build the sculpt.
- 02A launch date and not enough hands
You have a date to hit and not enough internal capacity to hit it.
- 03A prototype that needs correcting
Not quite right, and it needs to be corrected rather than remade from scratch.
- 04One party for the whole chain
You would rather one supplier own it from drawing to delivered edition.
How it connects to production.
Development Services can be taken on its own. It can also run straight into OEM production, one supplier from concept to numbered edition, with no handover gap in the middle.
Hand over the stages you cannot do.
Send us what you have, even if it is only artwork. We will tell you what the missing stages would take.
